Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 3 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped,
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a Dutch oven, heat oil over high heat. Add garlic and sauce while stirring for about one minute.
- Add broth, water all vegetables (except green onions) and cayenne pepper.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Add green onions and black pepper and simmer for another minute.
- Serve and Enjoy!
