Tarragon Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 8  oz cooked chicken breast , diced
  • 3 cups fresh watercress
  • 5 red radishes
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 medium pear, diced
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 3 tbsp chopped, fresh tarragon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together
  2. Enjoy!
