Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked chicken breast , diced
- 3 cups fresh watercress
- 5 red radishes
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 medium pear, diced
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 tbsp chopped, fresh tarragon
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together
