- 1 fresh pineapple – peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch rings
- 1/4 teaspoon of honey
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 dash of hot sauce
- Salt to taste
- Put pineapple in a big plastic bag. Add honey, butter, hot sauce and salt. Shake up to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour or over night.
- Preheat grill to high heat, and lightly spread oil on grill.
- Grill pineapple for 2-3 minutes per side or until heated through and grill marks appear.
