Okra Fries

Cook: 12 minutes

Ingredients

  • 25 pieces of Okra
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven 400°F
  2. Wash and slice in Okra in half lengthwise
  3. Place the cut okra seed side up on a baking sheet lined with tin foil
  4. Add salt and cook for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Enjoy by themselves or dip in Homemade Ketchup!  (get the recipe here)
