Thermogenic Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 3 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped,
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 pinches cayenne pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a Dutch oven, heat oil over high heat. Add garlic and sauce while stirring for about one minute.
  2. Add broth, water all vegetables (except green onions) and cayenne pepper.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add green onions and black pepper and simmer for another minute.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
