- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
- 2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup roasted tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cooked artichokes
- 1/2 lbs bacon cooked and crumbled
- Garnish with black olives and feta
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- After olive oil heats up, throw in the ingredients and sauté over medium heat for about seven minutes
