Greek Style Chicken Wrap

Ingredients 

  • 1 10 oz can Premium Chunk White Chicken, drained, chunk
  • 4 wholegrain pita breads
  • 1 cup torn lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olive
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

Dressing

  • ½  cup plain low fat  yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ½  tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ clove garlic, chopped

Directions 

  1. Mix together all the dressing ingredients, set aside.
  2. Place pitas between damp paper towels and heat in microwave.
  3. Top with slice cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, feta  cheese, olives, onions and chicken
  4. Drizzle with dressing, fold and serve
