Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Creamy Vanilla Ultimate ProFIT®
  • 1 large banana, diced
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce
  • 1/4 cup organic non-fat greek yogurt
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk
  2. Spoon into greased or lined muffin tins
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Enjoy
